Job Description
NeoWork is hiring a Video Editor to join our growing creative team. This role is responsible for editing, enhancing, and producing high-quality video content that supports a variety of creative initiatives. The Video Editor will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver visually engaging content while maintaining consistency, quality, and efficiency throughout the production process.
Key Responsibilities
Edit and produce high-quality video content for internal projects, digital platforms, marketing initiatives, training materials, and other multimedia needs.
Enhance raw footage through color correction, audio enhancement, transitions, motion graphics, and visual effects.
Ensure all video content aligns with creative direction, brand standards, and quality expectations.
Collaborate with designers, content creators, and other team members throughout the production process.
Organize and manage video assets, project files, and media libraries to support an efficient workflow.
Perform quality assurance checks on all video deliverables before publication or distribution.
Adapt video content for multiple formats and platforms while maintaining visual consistency.
Stay current with video production trends, editing techniques, and industry best practices to continuously improve content quality.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in video editing, multimedia production, or a related creative field.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Media Encoder.
Strong understanding of video editing principles, storytelling, pacing, color grading, sound design, and motion graphics.
Experience working with various video formats, resolutions, and export settings.
Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Experience with photography, animation, or other multimedia production tools is a plus.
