Job description
Neowork is hiring for an Offshore Reporting Analyst to help improve their EDI monitoring process by shifting from reactive to proactive daily reporting.
This teammate will run daily monitoring and reporting of EDI and order-to-cash transactions, flag issues, and create actionable ClickUp tasks for the clientβs internal team to triage and resolve.
The role focuses on reporting accuracy and timely documentation rather than troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities
Run daily monitoring reports and checks for EDI, order, ASN, and invoice exceptions or failures
Review exceptions in NetSuite, Orderful (EDI), and customer portals
Create ClickUp tasks with clear, detailed information including:
- Error message or exception details
- Related document, PO, or invoice IDs
- Customer or trading partner name
- Screenshots or reference links when possible
Assign tasks to the correct list or assignee and escalate urgent issues according to client guidelines
Maintain accurate and organized tracking of issues

- Orderful (EDI)
- ClickUp
- Customer portals
- Slack and Email for escalation and communication
Qualifications
Two or more years of experience in operations support, order management, reporting, or similar roles
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes consistently
Comfortable working across multiple systems and following checklists
Excellent written English for clear task documentation
Familiarity with task tools such as ClickUp, Jira, or Asana
EDI experience is a plus but not required as training will be provided
Knowledge of NetSuite is a plus
Work remotely supporting a US-based operations team through Neowork
Start part-time with potential to increase hours as the role expands
Structured processes and training provided by the client
Play a key role in improving important business operations
