Job description

NeoWork is seeking a hands-on Sales Supervisor / Team Lead to support a fast-growing, patient-focused healthcare organization in the US. This is a player-coach role. You will manage and coach appointment setters while actively handling inbound leads to ensure strong coverage, speed, and conversion.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys leading by example, working inside a CRM daily, and driving performance through clear processes, coaching, and data. You will partner closely with the client’s leadership team and help shape sales workflows, reporting, and team standards.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and manage a team of appointment setters in a remote environment.

  • Actively handle inbound leads for approximately 50–60% of your time.

  • Monitor and improve key KPIs such as response time, booking rate, and show rate.

  • Provide real-time feedback, training, and performance coaching to the team.

  • Co-own CRM workflows, automations, and lead routing logic.

  • Ensure consistent follow-up cadences across all inbound channels.

  • Prepare and share performance reports and insights with the client.

  • Act as the main bridge between the frontline team and client leadership.

  • Uphold a high standard of responsiveness, professionalism, and patient experience.

  • Proven experience leading or supervising sales or appointment-setting teams.

  • Strong sales fundamentals and comfort handling inbound leads directly.

  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM, including workflows and automations.

  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish with a neutral accent.

  • Experience tracking, analyzing, and coaching against performance metrics.

  • Ability to lead remotely with clarity, accountability, and empathy.

  • Strong communication skills and a client-facing mindset.
