Your responsibilities:
- Automating DevOps-related tasks and processes - we donโt want to spend our time fighting the same issues every day.
- Educating other members of the team- you are the bridge between the Dev and the Ops - help people around you get the best of both worlds.
- Understanding the needs and challenges of clients across operations and development.
- Engaging in building the right solution that meets the clientโs technical and business requirements.
- Responding to the needs of development teams in projects.
- Creating and updating technical documentation.
- Managing tasks within ServiceDesk DevOps - supporting development teams.
Salary range:
$2,463 - $4,134 gross monthly (Contract of Employment).
We want you on board if you have:
- Minimum 5 years of DevOps experience.
- Very good command of written and spoken English (min. C1 - advanced).
- Solid experience with AWS, Azure, GCP.
- Solid experience with Kubernetes (Cloud managed and/or self-hosted).
- Solid practice with management and automation of CI pipelines (CircleCI, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Gitlab CI, Github Actions) and gitops tools like ArgoCD or FluxCD.
- Solid experience in Linux administration and Docker.
- Experience with high-available and high scalable environments.
- Hands-on experience with IaC tools like Terraform, Azure Bicep, CloudFormation, Pulumi, CDK.
- Experience with scripting/programming languages (Bash, Python, Go).
- Ability to identify a problem/opportunity and propose a working and credible solution.
- Practice with monitoring/data collection tools: AWS CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, Prometheus/Loki, DataDog, Graylog, ELK stack, Zabbix.
- Experience (lab level) with other orchestration tools like AWS ECS, Azure App Service/Container Apps, Rancher, Nomad, k3s, minikube.
- Implementation of solutions according to Well-Architected Framework standards.
- Proactive security-first approach.
Nice-to-haves:
- Good knowledge of configuration management tools like Ansible, Chef, Puppet.
- Experience with Software Engineering.
- Courage in making decisions.
- Experience with virtualization hypervizors like vmware, Proxmox.
- Network knowledge on L2 and L3.
- Certificates: Microsoft: DevOps Engineer and/or Solutions Architect, AWS Certified Solutions Architect โ Associate and/or AWS Certified DevOps Engineer โ Professional, CKA/CKAD.
