We were founded in 2008 by David M. Rice to provide new home sales management and enablement services to home builders. We help builders recruit and train sales teams, optimize their sales processes, and increase profitability. Our services include sales team recruitment, training, and staffing, as well as digital and onsite marketing, sales management, and advanced technology solutions via our proprietary New Home Connect™ platform. We also offer market research, strategic consulting, and complete support throughout the home sales process.
We operate in over 25 markets and have over 500 agents. We achieve over $3.5 billion in annual sales. Our clients are primarily home builders, developers, and new home sales professionals in the new construction and residential real estate industries. Headquartered in Elmhurst, Illinois, we are the largest privately owned seller of new homes in the United States. We partner with builders like Maronda Homes, Challenger Homes, Hayden Homes, Vantage Homes, M/I Homes, McBride Homes, Garman Builders, and Chesmar Homes.
