IT Services & Staffing Sales Executive – US Market
We are expanding our US sales footprint and are looking for a high-performing IT Services & Staffing Sales Executive / Business Development Manager with proven US market experience to drive growth and build long-term client partnerships.

• Open to Hybrid for candidates with strong US client-facing experience

🔑 Role Highlights
• Drive new business for IT Services and IT Staffing (US Market)
• Acquire and manage mid-market & enterprise US clients
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
• Collaborate closely with recruitment and delivery teams
• Own the complete sales lifecycle: prospecting → closure → account growth
✅ Must-Have Experience
• 10+ years of experience in IT Services and/or IT Staffing sales (US market mandatory)
• Strong understanding of US staffing models – Contract, C2C, W2, Permanent
• Proven track record of closing US deals
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Experience using CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)

• Existing US client relationships or book of business
• Experience working with offshore delivery or recruitment teams
• Exposure to MSP/VMS environments
