Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced .NET Full Stack Lead with strong hands-on expertise in React, .NET technologies, and Microsoft Azure. The ideal candidate should have proven leadership capabilities, be actively involved in development, and have practical exposure to AI-powered tools to enhance productivity and solution delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end design and development of scalable web applications using .NET and React
Act as a hands-on technical lead, contributing to coding, code reviews, and architecture decisions
Develop and maintain backend services using .NET Core / ASP.NET / Web APIs
Build responsive and high-performance frontend applications using React.js
Design, deploy, and manage applications on Microsoft Azure (App Services, Azure Functions, Azure SQL, Storage, etc.)
Guide and mentor team members; ensure adherence to best coding and design practices
Collaborate with product owners, architects, and cross-functional teams
Utilize AI tools (e.g., code assistants, automation, analytics, testing tools) to improve development efficiency
Ensure application security, performance optimization, and scalability
Participate in sprint planning, estimation, and Agile ceremonies
Mandatory Skills:
Strong hands-on experience in .NET Core / ASP.NET / C#
Solid frontend expertise with React.js
Extensive experience with Microsoft Azure (deployment, cloud services, CI/CD)
Experience working in a technical lead role
Practical exposure to AI-driven development tools
Strong understanding of REST APIs, microservices, and modern architecture
Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile/Scrum methodologies
Good to Have:
Experience with microservices and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
Exposure to Azure DevOps, Terraform, or ARM templates
Knowledge of SQL Server / NoSQL databases
