Role Overview
You will be responsible for generating new leads and managing existing client relationships for our ODR platform, focusing on the financial industry. You’ll play a key role in expanding our client base and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
• Generate qualified leads using Apollo, LinkedIn, list building, and cold calling techniques.
• Build, nurture, and manage relationships with both new prospects and existing clients.
• Serve as the main point of contact for client needs, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, contracts, and renewals.
• Identify and pursue upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities within your portfolio.
• Collaborate with internal teamsto ensure client expectations are met and deliverables align with client goals.
Requirements
• 2+ years of experience in account management, business development, orsales within the financial industry.
• Proven expertise in lead generation using Apollo, LinkedIn, list building, and cold calling.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and organizationalskills.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Experience working in or with fast-paced, high-growth environments is a plus.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and reporting.
