Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Laravel Developer with 7+ years of experience to join our team on a remote basis, supporting a US-based client. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building scalable web applications using the Laravel PHP Framework and delivering high-quality code that supports business goals. Strong communication skills are essential, as this role requires regular interaction with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
Develop, test, and maintain robust and scalable web applications using the Laravel (PHP) framework.
Integrate third-party APIs, tools, and services.
Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, and other developers to create seamless web experiences.
Optimize applications for speed, performance, and scalability.
Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues.
Maintain clear and effective documentation for code and processes.
Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
Required Skills:
\* 7+ years of experience in Laravel (PHP Framework)
\* Strong command over MySQL, RESTful APIs, and version control systems like Git.
\* Good understanding of frontend technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript).
\* Experience with unit testing, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment processes.
\* Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
\* Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
\* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Skills:
\* Knowledge of Typesense
\* Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
\* Experience in working with Docker or containerized environments.
\* Exposure to project/task management tools.
