Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Administrator with strong hands-on expertise in Oracle HCM Fusion / Cloud administration. The role involves managing day-to-day administrative activities, executing environment refreshes, and coordinating Oracle HCM quarterly upgrades. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in offshore delivery models and supporting teams aligned to PST time zones.
Key Responsibilities
• Perform end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud (Fusion) administration across environments
• Manage and execute environment refreshes (DEV, TEST, UAT, PROD)
• Coordinate and support Oracle HCM quarterly upgrade cycles
• Analyse new upgrade features, identify functional/technical impacts, and support validation activities
• Assist with upgrade planning, execution, and post-upgrade stabilisation
• Coordinate with functional consultants, technical teams, and stakeholders during refresh and upgrade windows
• Monitor system health, troubleshoot administrative issues, and ensure system availability
• Maintain documentation related to refreshes, upgrades, configurations, and administrative tasks procedures
• Support offshore operations aligned with PST business hours
Required Skills & Qualifications
• 4–6 years of hands-on experience in Oracle HCM Cloud / Fusion administration
• Strong knowledge of Oracle HCM environment management, refresh processes, and upgrade activities
• Practical exposure to Oracle HCM quarterly release management
• Experience working in offshore delivery models
• Good understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud architecture and instance management
• Strong coordination and communication skills
• Willingness to work late shifts aligned with PST Noon timelines
Preferred Qualifications
• Exposure to multiple Oracle HCM modules (Core HR, Absence, Payroll, Benefits, etc.)
• Experience supporting production environments
• Prior experience in upgrade-heavy or transformation projects
