Senior Product Manager - Enterprise AI Solutions
RapidCanvas(RC) is a multidisciplinary and multi-persona data science platform offers industry leading tools to build machine learning models and support machine learning needs
We’re seeking a hands-on Senior Product Manager who combines strong technical skills with exceptional execution capabilities. This role is for someone who can rapidly prototype using AI tools, work shoulder-to-shoulder with engineers, and drive enterprise product development from concept to deployment. You should have practical experience with LLMs, modern AI tools, and a proven ability to code and understand complex engineering systems.
Roles and Responsibilities
Build functional prototypes and MVPs using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, v0, GitHub Copilot, etc.) to validate concepts quickly
Implement and test LLM-driven functionalities including prompt engineering, function calling, RAG systems, and code generation
Create proof-of-concepts that demonstrate product vision to stakeholders and engineering teams
Work directly alongside engineers throughout the development cycle - not just handoffs
Participate in technical discussions, architecture decisions, and code reviews
Drive daily standups, sprint planning, and actively remove technical blockers
Own the delivery timeline and work in the trenches to meet deadlines
Make informed trade-offs between technical debt, feature complexity, and time-to-market
Analyze system performance, scalability concerns, and infrastructure requirements
Translate complex technical concepts between engineering, sales, and executive teams
Key Skills Required
Strong coding skills in Python (or similar languages) with 2+ years of hands-on programming experience
Deep understanding of software engineering concepts: APIs, databases, microservices, CI/CD
Practical experience building with LLMs: prompt engineering, RAG implementation, function calling, tool usage
Understanding of enterprise software architecture, security, and scalability requirements
5+ years of professional experience in technical roles (engineering, technical PM, or similar)
Proven track record of shipping enterprise products or B2B solutions
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with data-driven decision making
