Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect specializing in the HRSD (Human Resource Service Delivery) module. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, architecting, and implementing scalable HR solutions on the ServiceNow platform, aligning with business objectives and HR transformation initiatives.
Required Skills & Experience
10+ years of IT experience with strong ServiceNow expertise
3+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow HRSD module
Strong knowledge of:
HR Case Management
Employee Service Center (ESC)
Lifecycle Events
Knowledge Management
Experience with ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API, Business Rules, Script Includes)
Expertise in Integration technologies (REST, SOAP, MID Server)
Strong understanding of ServiceNow data model and CMDB
Experience in platform architecture and solution design
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
