Technical Product Manager/ Technical Account Manager
Location: Remote
Experience: 3–6 years
Function: Product Management | Customer Success | Platform Enablement
We’re looking for a Customer-First problem solver who speaks both languages — tech and
business. Someone who preferably began their journey as a developer still thinks like one, but thrives on
helping customers win.
What You’ll Do
● Full Understanding of the Product Technical Architecture
● Own the customer relationship post-go-live.
● Work hand-in-hand with clients to understand their business processes, map technical workflows,
and ensure seamless adoption of our platform.
● Dive deep into platform architecture, APIs, and integrations to diagnose issues and translate
them into actionable insights for both customers and internal teams.
● Simplify complexity — explain technical matters clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
● Collaborate with engineering, product, and operations to deliver proactive solutions — not just
reactive support.
● Handle escalations with patience and professionalism, even when customers are tough.
● Continuously analyze usage data and help customers derive maximum ROI from the platform.
What Makes You a Great Fit
● You started out as a developer and later moved into customer-facing or solution roles.
● Strong understanding of software platform architectures, API integrations, and data
workflows.
● Ability to read between the lines — troubleshoot, isolate, and articulate technical issues .
● Empathetic communicator with a calm, composed, and customer-first mindset.
● Experience working with enterprise clients in SaaS / AI-based platforms preferred.
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
● Exposure to Python, NodeJS, Backend Development, Android Development, SQL,
Postman, and cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure).
