Your mission

As a Marketing Automations Specialist, reporting into the Director of Marketing operations, you will be the backbone of our marketing operations, ensuring that our HubSpot CRM platform is operating at peak performance. Your mission is to optimize our marketing workflows, lead management processes, and campaign effectiveness through expert administration and innovative use of systems. By doing so, you will empower our marketing and sales teams to achieve their goals with precision and efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Administer and maintain key SDR operational tools; including Salesforce, Gong, Clay, and Nooks to ensure data integrity, seamless integrations, and optimal performance

  • Create, update, and optimize SDR workflows, lead scoring models, sequencing logic, and automation processes to enhance prospecting efficiency and conversion

  • Develop and manage lead enrichment, routing, and segmentation processes, ensuring SDRs receive high‑quality, actionable prospect data aligned with campaign and pipeline goals

  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, ABM, Events, and Content teams to streamline lead handoff, improve funnel hygiene, and ensure consistent end‑to‑end prospect experience

  • Identify and implement SDR process improvements across systems, outreach workflows, and reporting to drive higher productivity and operational scalability

  • Monitor and report on SDR performance metrics, tool utilization, pipeline contribution, and workflow effectiveness to support data‑driven decision‑making

  • Partner with SDR leadership to ensure lead data, insights, call intelligence, and activity metrics from Gong, Clay, Nooks, and Salesforce are accurately captured, analysed, and leveraged

  • Provide training, onboarding, and ongoing enablement to SDRs and Marketing team members on best practices across Salesforce, Gong, Nooks, Clay, and related operational processes

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for SDR‑related tooling issues, system improvements, troubleshooting, and cross‑team operational alignment

  • Basic familiarity with core SDR tools such as Salesforce, Gong, Clay, or Nooks, with a strong willingness to develop deeper expertise

  • Understanding of SDR workflows, sequencing, and lead management fundamentals, with interest in learning how to optimise these processes

  • Some exposure to data enrichment, segmentation, or prospecting tools, or eagerness to learn how they support SDR efficiency

  • Ability to work collaboratively with SDRs, Marketing, and cross‑functional teams to support smooth lead flow and handoffs

  • Curious, analytical mindset with the ability to learn how to interpret performance metrics and identify areas for improvement

  • Clear and confident communication skills, with the desire to grow into providing support, training, or documentation as needed

  • Proactive approach to problem‑solving and enthusiasm for learning new systems, workflows, and best practices in SDR Operations
