Ad Operations Specialist
Location: London, United Kingdom (Hybrid Position, required to be in the office 2 days per week)

The Role: Launching Our New Display Advertising Product
We are looking for a highly motivated and accountable Ad Operations Specialist to join our team. This is a newly created, globally-focused role critical to the success of our recently launched display advertising product. You will be the linchpin for campaign execution, working closely with our Product team, internal stakeholders, and our partners at Google.
What You’ll Be Doing: Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Execution: Launch and manage display advertising campaigns within Google Ad Manager (GAM), ensuring flawless setup and deployment.
- Quality Assurance: Rigorously QA all display campaigns for accurate targeting, creative implementation, and overall technical integrity.
- Technical Optimization: Collaborate directly with Google and internal Product teams to adapt and enhance GAM functionality for optimal campaign performance and delivery.
- Documentation: Produce necessary campaign documentation, including post-launch screenshots.
- Issue Resolution: Act as the primary escalation point for technical issues, providing swift and effective support to both clients and media agencies.
- Global Delivery: Take full accountability for the timely launch and delivery of multiple campaigns across various global time zones.
Who We’re Looking For:
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in a dedicated Ad Operations role.
- Platform Expertise: Proven working experience with Google Ad Manager (GAM) is essential.
- Project Management: Exceptional ability to multitask and effectively manage multiple, concurrent campaigns with precision.
- Accountability: A strong sense of ownership and accountability for campaign setup, delivery, and performance deadlines.
