Orbiss Inc., established in 2020, is an advisory and tax firm specializing in business growth for small and medium-sized international companies operating in the United States. We provide tailored support for cross-border accounting, tax, and M&A transactions.

Our services include U.S. corporate tax planning and compliance, entity structuring, multistate filings, bookkeeping, monthly closing, GAAP-aligned reporting, and consulting on U.S. expansion strategy. We also offer individual tax filing and planning for founders and globally mobile employees, payroll setup and compliance, and employee benefits coordination.

We work with clients in various industries like tech, pharmaceuticals, marketing, consumer products, and food and beverage (e.g., French wine and desserts). We operate 5 U.S. offices. Since 2020, we’ve served over 400 clients, speaking more than 15 languages, and filing over 4,000 tax forms.
