Founded in 1986, we are a Portland-based accounting firm offering assurance, tax, and consulting services. We aim to provide clients with the sophisticated services of larger firms, including a global alliance with BDO, while maintaining the personal attention and quick response times of smaller firms. We work with businesses and individuals, serving traditional Northwest organizations and expanding beyond basic assurance and tax services. The Portland Business Journal has recognized us as the #1 Most Admired Accounting firm 11 times, and we rank #4 among all professional service firms in the area. Clients consistently rate us highly, with 74% giving us a 9 or 10 out of 10 for satisfaction. We are Portland’s largest locally-based accounting firm. Our services include: assurance, business advisory, business valuation, cost segregation, employee benefit plan audits, expatriate tax, IFRS, international audit and tax, legacy planning, succession planning, litigation support, tax, risk advisory, client accounting, outsourced CFO, and bookkeeping.

We offer a 401(k) profit-sharing plan with immediate vesting of employer contributions. Employees receive 14.5 paid holidays, a generous paid time-off plan, and parental leave. We also provide an incentive plan for sales leads. The annual salary range is $80,000 to $95,000, varying by experience. We may adjust this range for the cost of labor in different locations.
