🎯 Your mission is to remove the CEO from everything that shouldn’t require his presence, while building systems that work without him.
Important note:
The responsibilities are broad by design. That is intentional.
You will not do everything at once.
You will sequence, systemize, delegate, and eliminate.
1. Personal Operations
Own the founder’s operating system: inbox, calendar, priorities, and follow-through
Manage personal admin : banking, leases, visas, real estate, payments
Coordinate travel and podcast logistics
Investing & Real estate management
Outcomes
CEO is no longer required for follow-ups, coordination, problem solving
Decisions reach the founder prepared, with options, trade-offs, and recommendations
2. Negotiation, and Finding the best suppliers
Negotiate with: banks, vendors, service providers
Benchmark pricing, terms, timelines, and market standards
Outcomes
- Faster deals, better terms, minimal CEO involvement.
3. Manage projects of different magnitude from A to Z and follow associated tasks
Supports the complete follow-up of projects (contracts and negotiation of suppliers, administrative management of personnel, accounting management, reporting …)
Pre-screening for recruitment
Whether lawyers, designers, movers, you make sure to find the best providers
Proofreading contracts and coordinating projects with lawyers, suppliers
Outcomes
- Projects move. Decisions are documented. No drift.
4. Systems
- Build scalable operating systems (processes, tools, AI, knowledge base)
6. Finance & Admin Operations & Cost Discipline
Multi-country admin (France, Portugal, Spain, UAE)
Ensure invoices, contracts, and documentation are consistently tracked and resolved
Continuous cost and tool audits
Manage the onboarding of employees in Dubai (Signature of contracts, administrative …)
