The Role

As a Lead Generation at SEEK, you’ll be part of a fast-paced and supportive environment where you can make a real difference. You will be responsible for managing and nurturing high-priority sales leads, ensuring a smooth transition to the sales team, and providing crucial support to maintain excellent service levels. This role is vital to optimizing the sales pipeline and ensuring customer satisfaction from the very first interaction.

The Team

The Lead Generation team is a dynamic, focused unit responsible for driving the initial growth of our customer base. We are the engine room of the sales pipeline, operating as specialists in prospect qualification and engagement. The team is small but mighty, working closely with the broader Sales and Marketing departments to ensure seamless lead flow. We maintain a high-energy operating rhythm with regular daily check-ins (stand-ups) to align on priorities and targets, ensuring prompt action on high-value leads.

Job Description

  • Actively manage, qualify, and nurture Hot Leads and Warm Leads to maximize conversion potential.
  • Serve as the primary support point for the sales team, facilitating the handover of qualified leads.
  • Ensure all lead information and activities are accurately documented and updated in the CRM system.
  • Professionally handle all phone inquiries from hirers, providing initial information and direction.
  • Support the sales team in achieving service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Efficiently handle and prioritize multiple tasks in daily operations.
  • Support ad-hoc tasks and projects as required by the sales team or management.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a lead generation or sales support role.
  • Demonstrated experience in handling leads with high volume.
  • 1 year experience in lead qualification management
  • Ability to work the required schedule of 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM.

  • Successful record of validating leads into qualified leads opportunities.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain composure and manage urgent situations in patience.
  • Exceptional emotional intelligence and ability to handle internal emotion while managing high-pressure situations.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to efficiently manage a demanding workload.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) would be advantageous.
