Job Description
You’ll make our Thailand office a place where people love to work. As Office Experience Manager, you’ll bring SEEK’s purpose and values to life through a welcoming environment, seamless operations and experiences that help every SEEKer do their best work.
Working closely with the Office Experience Manager (Emerging Markets), you’ll lead a small local team, manage trusted partners and create unforgettable events that celebrate our culture. From daily operations to big moments, you’ll make sure everything runs smoothly — and feels special.
You’ll:
- Lead office operations and keep our space safe, productive and energising
- Design and deliver experiences and events that strengthen our culture
- Manage vendor relationships to ensure value and quality
- Support local leaders to bring SEEK’s ways of working to life
- Track performance and find new ways to make SEEK even better

Key responsibilities
- Deliver a safe, connected and vibrant workplace experience for all SEEKers
- Plan and run internal events and cultural programs that bring people together
- Oversee everyday operations, vendor management and budget compliance
- Maintain health, safety and environmental standards across the site
- Build trusted relationships with local and regional stakeholders
- Support global workplace initiatives and share insights to continuously improve
- Coach, motivate and develop your direct report to deliver great service daily
Qualifications
What we’re looking for
- 5+ years’ experience in office management, workplace operations or facilities
- Proven ability to plan and manage events, with great attention to detail
- Skilled in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Experience managing vendors and budgets effectively
- Strong relationship-building and influencing skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced environment
