Job Description
Key Objective of Role
Ready to transform payroll operations across Asia and make a lasting impact on how we serve our diverse markets? We’re seeking a skilled Business Analyst to support SEEK Asia’s strategic multi-country payroll consolidation project. You’ll be at the forefront of analyzing, documenting, and streamlining payroll processes across Thailand, Philippines, Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, and Hong Kong.
You will work closely with our Senior Payroll Project Manager to conduct comprehensive analysis, facilitate cross-cultural workshops, and ensure seamless system implementation. Through detailed process mapping and requirements gathering, you’ll help build standardized solutions that enhance efficiency across all markets. Success means delivering thorough documentation, supporting smooth vendor evaluations, and enabling effective change management across diverse cultural contexts.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct current state analysis of payroll processes and document workflows across all Asian market countries
Facilitate workshops with local teams to gather business requirements and analyze functional specifications for new systems
Create detailed process maps, requirement specifications, and identify standardization opportunities across multiple markets
Support vendor evaluation activities, data mapping planning, and system configuration documentation
Maintain comprehensive project documentation, coordinate meetings, and prepare stakeholder status reports and presentations
Analyze multi-country payroll data for migration planning and create progress-tracking dashboards
Support testing coordination, user acceptance activities, and develop change management communication materials
Qualifications
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 3 years business analysis experience, preferably in HR/Payroll or systems implementation environments
- Experience with Workday or similar HRIS platforms with knowledge of payroll operations across Asian markets preferred
- Strong documentation and process mapping skills with experience supporting multi-country or regional projects
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities combined with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced Microsoft Office expertise including PowerPoint, Visio, Excel, and Word for complex analysis and presentations
- Process improvement and requirements gathering expertise with detail-oriented organizational skills and cultural sensitivity for diverse markets
