Job Description
You’ll play a key part in making SEEK’s Thailand office an exceptional place to work. As our Office Experience Specialist, you’ll support day-to-day operations, events and initiatives that bring our workplace culture to life.
Working closely with the Office Experience Manager, you’ll help deliver seamless office experiences — from ensuring everything runs smoothly to creating meaningful moments that make SEEK feel like a community. You’ll manage vendors, coordinate communications and assist with office projects that keep our space safe, vibrant and productive.
You’ll:
- Deliver everyday office operations that make work effortless for our teams
- Plan and help run local events that celebrate collaboration and purpose
- Coordinate with internal and external partners to keep SEEK Thailand at its best
- Support office safety, maintenance and sustainability tasks
- Bring fresh ideas to improve the way we work and connect

Key responsibilities
- Support daily office functions and ensure seamless operations
- Help organise and deliver events that boost team engagement
- Coordinate service providers, vendors and office maintenance schedules
- Maintain safety, compliance and sustainability standards
- Provide administration and communication support across local projects
- Identify opportunities to enhance the office experience
- Collaborate with the Office Experience Manager to deliver cultural programs
Qualifications
What we’re looking for
- 2–4 years’ experience in office administration, facilities or event support
- Strong organisational and coordination skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent communication and customer service mindset
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Experience managing vendors or suppliers is a plus
