Oracle Projects (PPM) Implementation / Functional Consultant
Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Duration: 4β5 Months (Contract)
Engagement Type: Onsite / Hybrid (as per project needs)
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Projects (PPM) Implementation / Functional Consultant to support an Oracle PPM implementation project in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have a strong finance background, hands-on Oracle PPM functional expertise, and experience working on end-to-end implementation projects.
Arabic-speaking candidates are preferred, though not mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and support Oracle Projects (PPM) functional implementation, including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment
Work closely with business stakeholders to understand project costing, billing, revenue recognition, and financial reporting requirements
Configure Oracle PPM modules such as:
Project Costing
Project Billing
Project Accounting
Integration with Oracle Financials (GL, AP, AR)
Prepare functional design documents, setup documents, and test scripts
Support SIT, UAT, data validation, and go-live activities
Collaborate with technical teams for integrations, data migration, and reports
Provide post-go-live support and knowledge transfer to business users
Required Skills & Experience
Strong experience as an Oracle Projects / PPM Functional Consultant
Hands-on experience in Oracle PPM implementation projects
Solid Finance background with good understanding of:
Project Accounting
Costing & Billing
Revenue Recognition
Financial integrations
Experience integrating Oracle PPM with Oracle Financial modules
Strong functional documentation and stakeholder communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
Arabic speaking (preferred, not mandatory)
Prior experience working in the Middle East / KSA projects
Experience with onsite client-facing roles
