Requirements
Main Responsibilities:
As a working student in the Accounting department, you will support our accounting team in day-to-day operations and exciting projects:
Support in monthly and annual financial statements according to HGB
Participation in accounts payable and receivable management as well as in ongoing bookkeeping
Ensuring accurate cost recording for cost centers
Participation in accounting projects, e.g., optimization of cost center structures or implementation of new tools
Preparation and provision of documents for auditors as part of the annual audit
Independent management of small projects and active contribution to the further development of the accounting department
Support in process documentation and its continuous optimization
Main Requirements:
Ongoing studies in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a comparable field
Solid knowledge of accounting according to HGB and basic understanding of the balance sheet and P&L
Initial knowledge in the field of VAT
Careful and structured handling of sensitive data (attention to detail)
Strong analytical thinking and numerical skills
Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
Confident use of Excel and quick grasp of IT systems (e.g., ERP tools)
Team player mentality, sense of responsibility, and initiative
First practical experience in accounting is an advantage
