It is a very exciting time for growth for our Go-To-Market team, and we are currently hiring a Director of Enterprise Sales to build on a strong foundation, while evolving our sales vision to meet the future. As we double down on innovation, strategic partnerships, and market leadership as a top Microsoft partner, we’re seeking a Director of Enterprise Sales, to help shape what comes next at this pivotal and exciting moment in our growth journey.

This hybrid role is located in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area and requires 2 days on-site weekly in our Irving, TX office.

This is more than just leading a high-performing team, it’s a rare opportunity to build, refine, and elevate our sales strategy during a transformational phase. Based in Dallas, you’ll step into a leadership role that blends the strength of an established sales engine with the entrepreneurial energy of scaling something new.

What’s required to be successful in this role?

  • Leading and inspiring a seasoned sales team while identifying new talent to support growth
  • Defining and optimizing sales territories, rhythms, and strategies
  • Driving quota attainment and setting clear performance targets
  • Designing and implementing integrated campaigns with marketing and lead gen teams
  • Overseeing sales processes from pipeline creation through SOW, MSA, and contract closure
  • Creating scalable strategies to expand recurring revenue (including IP and Managed Services offerings)
  • Coaching Account Executives on opportunity qualification, deal strategy, and client growth plans
  • Building and deepening relationships with Microsoft and other strategic partners to expand our joint go-to-market efforts
  • Leading client conversations on digital transformation and Quisitive’s unique role in their journey
  • Collaborating with delivery leadership to ensure tight alignment on pre-sales processes and account expansion strategies
  • Monitoring competitive trends and identifying opportunities to differentiate in-market
  • Supporting talent acquisition efforts by recruiting, hiring, and onboarding high-performing sellers
  • Owning and delivering on key business targets including revenue, margin, and EBITDA

What’s required to be successful in this role?

  • 10+ years of experience in technology sales, with at least 5 years in sales leadership
  • A proven ability to drive both net-new revenue and long-term account growth
  • Experience with Microsoft SIs or ISVs, and a deep understanding of the Microsoft ecosystem
  • Demonstrated success leading teams focused on recurring revenue, IP solutions, and managed services
  • Strong relationships with Microsoft field teams and a pulse on the competitive landscape
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills
  • A data-driven mindset paired with a passion for coaching and development
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent experience

What would set me apart?

  • Experience selling in the Microsoft services and solutions space is highly preferred.
  • A deep understanding of the Microsoft Azure cloud across all three technology stacks.
  • Experience guiding customers in the new era of modern business solutions to include the AI and Digital Transformation journey.
