We specialize in technical to leadership roles. We build teams and align hiring systems using AI insights to ensure candidates fit our clients’ values, vision, and culture. Our services also include training. We’ve helped scaling startups and high-impact organizations grow globally, drawing on decades of experience.

Our average time to fill is 35 days for individual contributor roles and 42 days for leadership positions. We have a 96% offer acceptance rate and a 98% retention rate. About 26% of our candidates are diverse, and 32% come from referrals. We work with self-funded, VC-backed, publicly traded, and PE-backed companies.

We have a small team of 1-10 employees. Our specialized recruiters include those focused on technical roles, global recruiting, and a “Candidate Whisperer” dedicated to helping job seekers. Our founder, Ben, brings over 20 years of experience from various leadership roles and startups, including HireVue.
