We operate in business consulting and services. We provide customized solutions and a consultative approach to talent selection. Our operations span over 50 countries and more than 250 cities, with a presence in 61 countries through 9 regional operations. We have placed over 10,000 executives and completed over 12,000 projects for more than 1,000 clients.

We were founded as G4 Americas in 2012, opening offices in the USA, Brazil, and Chile. By 2015, we became G4 Global Partners with offices in 8 countries. In 2021, we rebranded to Pacifica Continental. In 2022, we expanded our focus beyond recruitment, introducing a sponsorship program.
