We are a Virginia-based franchise organization founded in 2012. We provide services for children and adults with developmental delays, autism, and other special needs, starting at age two.

Our programs include Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy, family training, discrete trial and pivotal training, school preparation, occupational therapy, and speech-language therapy. We provide services in clients’ homes, natural environments, and centers.

We also offer adult life preparation programs and serve Richmond, Henrico, Glen Allen, and other communities in Central Virginia. LinkedIn lists us as having 51–200 employees.

Our mission is to provide behavioral services that help people on the autism spectrum reach their highest potential. We were established to support the development of people with special needs.
