We develop technology to help legal professionals manage, understand, and use their data. Our main product, RelativityOne, is an AI-powered cloud platform that helps turn complex information into clear insights for litigation, investigations, regulatory inquiries, and data breach responses.

Law firms, corporations, government agencies, and partners use our platform to find important information. We also offer our platform to academic institutions for free through our Relativity Academic program and support pro bono legal work through the Justice for Change initiative.

Our AI solutions, called Relativity aiR, include tools like aiR for Review (for faster document identification), aiR for Privilege (to prevent clawbacks), and aiR for Case Strategy (to build case narratives). We prioritize security, building threat intelligence and ²⁴⁄₇ monitoring into our products. We also offer a dedicated customer success team and 24/7/365 technical support.

Our mission is to help our customers organize their data, find what’s important, and use those insights. We build AI solutions to turn legal data into intelligence, helping users tell their case stories. Two core principles guide us: proactive security, which we integrate into product development with threat intelligence and ²⁴⁄₇ monitoring, and consistent customer support.

Relativity employs 1001 to 5000 people. It uses a hybrid workplace model that combines remote work with chances for in-person connection and collaboration, aiming for a diverse and productive environment.

Its headquarters are in Chicago, IL, with team members across the United States and Canada. International offices are in Kraków, Poland, and London, United Kingdom. Employees also work from Germany, Ireland, and Sydney, Australia. The Kraków office focuses on product innovation, mainly with engineers, but also includes operations, service delivery, finance, HR, and IT roles. It’s a diverse team, with over 10 nationalities represented.
