Job Description
Job Title: Senior Automation Tester
Location: Bengaluru (Hybrid)
Experience: 7–10 years

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Automation Tester with strong expertise in mobile automation and proficiency in JavaScript or TypeScript. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in automation testing, team leadership, and delivering high-quality solutions in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust automation frameworks for mobile applications.
- Implement and execute automated test scripts using JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality standards are met.
- Lead and mentor a team of testers, providing guidance and support.
- Analyze test results, identify issues, and drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure timely delivery of testing activities in alignment with project timelines.
Qualifications
- Mandatory: Mobile automation testing experience.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript or TypeScript.
- Hands-on experience with automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Appium, Selenium, Cypress).
- Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and integration with automation.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Team handling experience is a must.
- Ability to lead projects and manage priorities effectively.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (mandatory).
- Master’s degree in a relevant discipline is a plus.
