Job Description
Test Analyst / Senior Test Analyst (GIS Experience)
Location: Preston (Hybrid – 2 days per week)
Contract: Permanent
Start: Immediate

Resillion is looking for a skilled Test Analyst or Senior Test Analyst with GIS experience to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working end‑to‑end across the testing lifecycle, thrives in a collaborative environment, and takes pride in delivering high‑quality, reliable solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Create detailed, accurate test scripts aligned with business and technical requirements.
- Maintain full traceability between test cases and source requirements to ensure strong auditability and coverage.
- Execute testing across multiple phases, including System Testing (ST) and System Integration Testing (SIT), and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Track progress using Jira (or similar tools), raise defects, and provide clear daily updates to the Test Lead.
- Work closely with business stakeholders during UAT to validate real‑world scenarios and capture accurate results.
- Contribute to key deliverables such as execution summaries and Test Closure Reports.
- Provide structured support to the Test Lead throughout the full test lifecycle.
Skills & Experience
Essential:
- Proven experience as a Test Analyst or Senior Test Analyst.
- Strong GIS experience.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Detail‑focused, proactive, and committed to delivering high‑quality outcomes.
Desirable:
- Exposure to cybersecurity environments.
- Experience within Utilities or FMCG sectors.
