Job description

Restaurant365 is a SaaS company disrupting the restaurant industry! Our cloud-based platform provides a unique, centralized solution for accounting and back-office operations for restaurants. Restaurant365’s culture is focused on empowering team members to produce top-notch results while elevating their skills. We’re constantly evolving and improving to make sure we are and always will be “Best in Class” … and we want that for you too!

As the Revenue Operations Data Intelligence Engineer, you’ll be the strategic owner and architect of TAM/SAM monitoring, territory intelligence, and AI-powered automation, while making sure that the technologies supporting these initiatives are properly set up, integrated, and optimized to be leveraged to their fullest potential. You’ll also be the program owner for enterprise-scale data hygiene and automation initiatives, responsible for ensuring all territories are accurate and continuously optimized, and for designing scalable, AI-driven systems and processes that replace manual work with automation. If you thrive in fast-paced environments, are passionate about driving insights through AI and data, and are excited by the possibilities of automation, this is your opportunity.

How you’ll add value:

  •  Data Integration & Tool Management: Ensure that the technologies supporting TAM/SAM monitoring, territory intelligence, and RevOps initiatives (e.g., Salesforce, BI platforms, ZoomInfo, Datalane, Datassential, and future intelligence tools) are properly set up, integrated, and optimized to be leveraged to their fullest potential; act as a platform subject-matter expert and trusted advisor to GTM leadership, driving adoption and ensuring insights are actionable; lead evaluations of emerging GTM and AI tools, influencing vendor selection and integration roadmaps.
  • TAM, SAM & Territory Intelligence: Continuously monitor and refine Total Addressable Market (TAM) and Sales Addressable Market (SAM) models using AI technology and data; manage and advance our territory intelligence tool, ensuring effective rollout and adoption by Sales teams; develop and maintain scalable frameworks for territory design, optimization, and capacity planning, partnering directly with Sales leadership.
  • Data Hygiene & Automation: Partner with the data hygiene team to continuously monitor and improve data integrity across GTM systems; own and administer RingLead (or similar tools), evolving the system to improve data quality, deduplication, and automation at scale; serve as the program lead for data hygiene projects, ensuring consistent accuracy and integrity across all GTM systems; design and implement end-to-end automation workflows leveraging AI, APIs, and system integrations, reducing manual effort across GTM operations by measurable percentages.
  • AI Leadership & Adoption: Champion the evaluation and deployment of AI tools for RevOps and GTM enablement; support the creation of AI agents that drive data hygiene, TAM/SAM updates, forecasting, and reporting; evangelize AI adoption across GTM, create documentation, and help to drive change management to accelerate adoption.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration & Insights: Partner with GTM, Analytics, and Technology teams to build dashboards and reports that accelerate decision-making when it comes to our territories and TAM; translate complex AI technology and data into clear, actionable insights that directly impact pipeline health, forecasting, and territory strategy; act as a strategic partner to RevOps leadership, proactively identifying trends, risks, and opportunities through advanced analytics.

What you’ll need to be successful in this role:

  • 4-6+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, GTM Strategy, or Sales/Marketing Operations within a SaaS environment.
  • Strong technical foundation: Advanced Excel/Sheets skills, Salesforce reporting expertise, and familiarity with BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI).
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce and GTM technology stack (Salesforce, Salesloft, Outreach, Gong).
  • Proficiency in SQL (or BQ) and comfort manipulating large datasets across multiple systems.
  • Experience with data integration, TAM/SAM monitoring, territory management, and data hygiene initiatives using AI technology and data.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence adoption of tools and processes.
  • Ability to mentor and guide junior analysts, setting standards for best practices in data quality and automation.

PREFERRED:

  • Experience implementing AI-driven automation in RevOps or GTM environments.
  • Background in revenue forecasting or territory optimization modeling.
  • Partner with GTM, Analytics, and Technology teams to build dashboards and reports that accelerate decision-making when it comes to our territories and TAM.
  • Translate complex AI technology and data into clear, actionable insights that directly impact pipeline health, forecasting, and territory strategy.
