We were founded in 2002 as a software company specializing in employee recognition and reward solutions. Our platform helps companies encourage employee behaviors that match their core values and drive business results.

We offer easy-to-use recognition features, including monetary and non-monetary awards, a global rewards marketplace that delivers to about 190 countries, and nomination-based awards. Our platform also supports years of service and milestone celebrations. We provide flexible reporting and AI-powered insights to track program impact and behavioral trends.

We integrate with major HRIS and productivity applications and are a Workday partner. Our software is designed for high usage, driving employee engagement and performance. Some customers report high activation rates.
