We founded Rippleworks in 2015 to provide practical support to entrepreneurs and their teams in social ventures.

Our four main services are:

• Rippleworks Projects: We arrange short-term collaborations between social ventures and experienced executives.
• Rippleworks Expert Office Hours: We offer specialized advice from experts.
• Rippleworks Leaders Studio: We provide learning programs led by experts to help teams scale their impact.
• Rippleworks Capital: We supply grants and loans to ventures that need funding for growth.

We also help organizations improve learning, data quality, and how they use data for insights. This includes assisting with finance, payroll, audits, tax filings, and investment strategies to maximize social impact.

Our mission is to give entrepreneurs and their teams the practical support they need to scale faster and improve more lives.

The company operates in a flexible, remote-first environment, offering flexible work hours and stipends for remote work. Core Collaboration Weeks are held 2–3 times a year for both virtual and in-person team interactions to build connections. We offer competitive salaries, with roles typically ranging from $165,000 to $296,000. Our benefits package includes:
