Role Overview The Product Owner at Robovision is the primary owner of the WHAT: the precise definition of what must be built, shipped, and validated to realize the Product Manager’s strategic intent. The Product Owner translates product strategy into unambiguous, execution-ready product scope that engineering teams can deliver predictably and at scale.
Key Deliverables
•A clearly articulated product backlog that expresses what exists in the product at any given time, across the proposition stack
•Epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria that define functional scope, lifecycle requirements, and governance constraints.
•Definition of Done standards that enforce the product strategy and its core deliverables.
•Release-level scope definitions that ensure every shipment is production-ready and governed.
Requirements
Core Responsibilities
•Collaborate with Product Managers by converting strategic outcomes into concrete product capabilities and constraints.
•Own KPI tracking for product usability, feature usage tracking, production errors, crashes, and incidents.
•Ensure backlog items are complete, testable, and aligned with the product strategy standards before entering development.
•Maintain scope discipline: actively reject ambiguity, or solution bias creeping into requirements.
•Synchronize priorities across the different layers of the product stack’s backlogs to prevent fragmentation.
•Validate delivered increments against acceptance criteria and product intent.
