This role ensures smooth delivery of campaigns, publications, CRM management, and events, while enabling the Marketing Coordinator to focus on strategic priorities, key client activity, and senior stakeholder engagement.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. CRM Management & Data Accuracy

  • Manage and refresh targeted distribution lists for marketing campaigns.
  • Partner with Executive Assistants (EAs) to verify and update CRM information regularly.
  • Support basic reporting or dashboard updates to track marketing activity and engagement.

2. Marketing Operations & Campaign Support

  • Coordinate workflows with the central graphics and marketing teams to support the production of client materials and publications.
  • Manage the administrative elements required to publish and launch marketing collateral.
  • Track timelines, approvals, and inputs across stakeholders to ensure smooth campaign delivery.
  • Assist with coordination of email marketing, social media scheduling, and internal communications as needed.

3. Events Coordination

  • Provide administrative support for internal and external events (e.g., client events, roundtables, sector sessions).
  • Manage logistics including invitations, attendee lists, materials preparation, and follow-up actions.
  • Liaise with external vendors where required and ensure event documentation is organised and up to date.

4. General Marketing Administration

  • Maintain shared marketing folders, mailbox, and planning documents.
  • Support the preparation of marketing presentations, credentials, and pitch materials.
  • Assist with tracking progress against marketing plans and ensuring effective communication across teams.

Qualifications

Experience & Skills

Essential:

  • Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail
  • Proactive, can-do attitude with willingness to learn
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Competent with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)

Desirable:

  • Experience using a CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, MS Dynamics)
  • Prior internship or experience in marketing, events, communications, or professional services
  • Familiarity with social media or email marketing tools
