This role is highly collaborative and execution-focused. You will manage the intake, planning, QA, and delivery of lifecycle campaigns including emails, SMS sends, triggered flows, testing programs, agency-supported initiatives, and wholesale marketing deliverables.
You will maintain clear timelines, coordinate cross-functional partners, and ensure lifecycle and wholesale marketing initiatives move efficiently from brief through deployment. Working closely with Lifecycle Marketing, Wholesale, Creative, Data, and Agency teams, you will help ensure campaigns and deliverables are executed on time and properly documented.
You will also support the systems and tools that power lifecycle and wholesale marketing operations, ensuring projects are accurately tracked and teams operate within consistent workflows.
What You’ll Do:
Lifecycle Marketing
- Manage the execution of lifecycle marketing campaigns across Email, SMS/MMS/RCS, and Direct Mail, ensuring all workback schedules and send deadlines are met.
- Maintain campaign calendars, send schedules, flow launches, and testing roadmaps in partnership with the Retention team.
- Coordinate with Creative, Copy, Data, and Agency partners to ensure timely asset delivery, accurate campaign builds, and smooth deployment.
- Oversee direct mail campaign execution, including asset readiness, vendor coordination, and list or creative file transfers via FTP/SFTP.
- Ensure QA checkpoints, approvals, and compliance steps are incorporated into campaign timelines and consistently followed.
- Proactively flag risks, dependencies, or bandwidth constraints that could impact scheduled sends.
Wholesale
- Project manage wholesale marketing initiatives, ensuring all creative and strategic deliverables supporting retail partners are delivered on time and to spec.
- Maintain clear workback schedules and milestone tracking aligned with product launches and retail partner timelines.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to scope, assign, and track deliverables across creative, messaging, and production needs.
- Ensure wholesale marketing assets meet brand standards, technical specifications, and partner requirements prior to delivery.
- Provide clear visibility into wholesale marketing timelines and progress, surfacing risks or blockers early.
- Support the development of standardized project management processes for wholesale initiatives, including intake, briefing, and deliverable tracking.
Systems & Workflow Support
- Serve as a day-to-day steward of lifecycle and wholesale project management tools, ensuring campaigns, deliverables, and timelines are accurately tracked.
- Reinforce standardized intake processes, naming conventions, and documentation practices across marketing workflows.
- Maintain clear project documentation and dashboards that reflect real-time campaign and deliverable status.
- Identify workflow gaps or operational friction points and partner with leadership to improve processes over time.
- Continuously look for opportunities to streamline recurring execution and reduce manual effort.
What You’ll Need to Have:
Required:
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing project management, CRM or lifecycle marketing operations, or campaign management in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
- Experience supporting email marketing and/or retention programs, including familiarity with flows, segmentation, and campaign calendars.
- Experience coordinating marketing deliverables across multiple teams, ensuring creative, messaging, and operational assets are delivered on schedule.
- Proven success managing multiple concurrent campaigns or initiatives while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong working knowledge of project management systems such as Airtable, Asana, or similar tools and comfort navigating ESP or CRM platforms.
- Clear understanding of QA processes, approvals, and deployment best practices in lifecycle marketing.
- Ability to manage complex timelines and dependencies across cross-functional partners including Creative, Marketing, Data, and external vendors or agencies.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to keep teams aligned and projects moving forward.
- Highly organized and proactive, with the ability to anticipate needs and keep projects on track.
- A solutions-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
- Experience supporting retail, wholesale, or partner marketing initiatives.
Preferred:
- A highly organized operator who brings structure and clarity to fast-moving marketing programs.
- Energized by retention marketing and excited by the mechanics behind email, SMS, direct mail, and lifecycle automation.
- Comfortable managing marketing execution across multiple teams and workstreams.
- Detail-oriented and process-driven without losing sight of business impact.
- Comfortable navigating shifting priorities and coordinating multiple stakeholders.
- A proactive communicator who keeps partners informed and aligned.
- Calm under pressure and able to maintain quality and accuracy in deadline-driven environments.
- Motivated by continuous improvement and interested in helping build scalable marketing systems and workflows.
Compensation:
- $40-$45/hr
- Location: Remote
- Duration: 9 month contract
