About the Role
We’re on the lookout for a passionate and detail-focused Operations Specialist to help us boost our operational activities and provide outstanding services to our clients and partners. In this role, you’ll take on a variety of tasks, from managing client relations to overseeing product operations, all while striving to enhance our overall service quality.
Key Responsibilities
Manage partner relations and ensure a smooth application process.
Provide operational support and guidance to our partners in executing operations effectively.
Assist in the review and processing of applications, ensuring accurate data management.
Maintain precise reports on product performance, customer interactions, and key operational metrics.
Innovate and optimise processes for enhanced efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience.
Proficient in English, both written and verbal.
Tech-savvy with a willingness to learn new software tools.
Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in data handling and reporting.
Excellent communication skills for effective teamwork and client interactions.
Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
Commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
Proactive attitude with the ability to work independently.
Team player who can collaborate with various teams.

Hybrid - 1 day per week in our Hanoi office - we trust you, and we’re sure you’ll do great work from home, and our core working hours are 8 am to 4 pm UK time
