We started in 2012 to offer shipping software for online retailers, marketplaces, and fulfillment companies. Our platform centralizes and automates the entire shipping process. This includes printing labels, packing orders, branded tracking, and managing returns. We also offer flexible delivery methods at checkout, pick & pack solutions, shipping automation, automated support for carrier refunds, and Shipping Intelligence.

We give our users access to over 160 carriers, more than 9,500 shipping methods, and over 390,000 parcel points across Europe. Our software integrates with over 100 shop systems, marketplaces, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems. We work with an ecosystem of over 750 partners and serve more than 30,000 e-commerce businesses.

We support shipping from eight European countries: Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Spain, and the United Kingdom. We also enable shipping from Czechia, Denmark, Poland, Portugal, and Sweden under certain conditions, with worldwide destinations. Our Shipping Intelligence uses AI to recommend carriers, automate problem resolution, and offer insights to cut costs and improve delivery performance. The system has 99.99% uptime. We have acquired Tracey, Lox, and Isendu.
