About the Role

We’re looking for an Vibe GTM Engineer who moves fast, prototypes scrappy, and ships tools that give our GTM teams 10x leverage. You’ll use LLMs, AI agents, automation platforms, and custom scripts to multiply what our sales, marketing, and content teams can do. Think scraping, sequencing, editing, creating campaigns, and stitching together tools into workflows that unlock scale.

This is a high-leverage role for someone who moves like a hacker, thinks in distribution, and isn’t afraid to get their hands dirty with everything from APIs to video editing.

What You’ll Do

  • Build and launch AI-powered workflows to accelerate personalization and targeting across sales and marketing (e.g. scraping emails, building AI sequences, campaign orchestration).

  • Create and automate workflows for content, social, video, and case studies—using AI to generate, edit, and distribute at scale.

  • Prototype and ship MVP experiments for GTM initiatives using Gumloop, n8n, Lovable, Vercel, or custom scripts.

  • Automate repetitive workflows across sales, marketing, and ops—enrichment, reporting, deal tracking, campaign QA.

  • Leverage APIs, webhooks, and LLMs to stitch together GTM infrastructure that scales smarter.

  • Act as an internal multiplier: build custom GPTs, playbooks, and agents that make GTM teams more effective.

  • Collaborate with GTM leadership to identify bottlenecks and quickly ship solutions.

You’ll Thrive If You

  • Think like a growth hacker but can ship like an engineer.

  • Love working with AI, APIs, and automation. Bonus if you’ve built scrappy agents, custom GPTs, or GTM workflows.

  • Are fluent in Gumloop/n8n/N8N/Zapier, GPT-45, Retool, Notion, Airtable, Python, JavaScript, SQL, LangChain, Vercel/Lovable/Replit, Claude Code, Apollo.

  • Bias toward shipping over spec’ing—you’d rather deliver a working prototype today than a deck next week.

  • Have strong product sense and can build things that are not just functional but also usable.

  • Creative eye and high taste: you know what great design looks like and are obsessed about details.

  • Communicate clearly, take ownership, and don’t wait to be told what to do.

  • Resourceful and scrappy, from recording your own ads to hacking together AI tools, your single focus is making it happen.

Nice to Haves

  • Prior experience in B2B SaaS, ecommerce, or GTM teams.

  • Familiarity with GTM systems like HubSpot, Salesforce, Segment, Amplitude.

  • Comfort working with structured and unstructured data—cleaning, transforming, and piping it into useful workflows.

  • Experience with AI video/content tools (Runway, Synthesia, ElevenLabs, Descript, etc.).
