About the Role

The Go-To-Market (GTM) team is the growth engine for hyperexponential.

As hx’s first GTM Engineer, you’ll sit at the crossroads of marketing, sales, and revenue operations. You’ll architect AI-powered systems that personalize every touchpoint, automate the grunt work, and optimize the entire funnel.

Your work will directly shape how prospects and customers experience hx - and fuel the next wave of growth, efficiency improvement, and predictability for hx.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Build AI-driven systems across the customer journey, from awareness to advocacy, that actually move conversion.

  • Wire together the GTM stack (CRM, marketing automation, data, sales tools, plus AI LLMs and AI point solutions) so the machine runs fast and without friction.

  • Create intelligent lead scoring, routing, and nurture flows that make Sales more productive and the pipeline stronger.

  • Deploy personalization engines for web, email, and campaigns so customers feel like we built hx just for them.

  • Stay ahead of the curve: test new AI/MarTech tools and put the winners into production.

What You’ll Need to Have Done

  • Built and scaled AI/automation systems that drove real marketing or sales impact - not just “efficiency gains.”

  • Integrated GTM platforms into seamless workflows that made campaigns faster, cleaner, and more effective.

  • Deployed personalization or advanced segmentation that lifted engagement and conversion.

  • Partnered with Sales, Marketing, and Data teams to fix funnel bottlenecks and accelerate deals.

  • Used analytics, attribution, or predictive models to inform GTM decisions and proved it with results.

This Role May Not Be the Best Fit If

  • You’d rather tinker with tools than write and debug code. This job requires coding and tool skills to build GTM systems competitors can’t copy.

  • You only want behind-the-scenes AI projects. Most of your work will directly touch prospects and customers.

  • You need calm, structured environments. This role is fast, messy, and always changing.
