We are looking for a Senior Business Data Analyst with strong Business Analysis expertise to join an internal company project. This is a hybrid-friendly role with flexibility for remote work. In this role, you will contribute to the evolution of our Data Platform, helping transform raw data into meaningful insights and analytical products.
You will work at the intersection of data analytics, business analysis, and product thinking, collaborating closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, define analytical requirements, and deliver dashboards and insights that support strategic decision-making. Job Description
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business questions and translate them into analytical requirements
- Explore datasets and identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement
- Design and build dashboards and analytical reports using Apache Superset, Power BI, or Tableau
- Create prototypes of analytical reports and visualizations to validate ideas before development
- Collaborate with Data Engineers to define data requirements and improve data structures
- Contribute to the evolution of the Data Platform and reporting ecosystem
- Help stakeholders interpret data and make informed decisions
- Facilitate discussions around metrics, KPIs, and data quality
- Prepare documentation and conduct demo sessions for stakeholders
Qualifications
- 4–5+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Business/Data Analyst
- SQL skills and experience working with complex datasets
- Practical experience with BI tools (Superset, Power BI, Tableau)
- Experience building analytical dashboards and reports
- Understanding of data modeling principles
- Experience working with data warehouses or analytical data platforms
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience analyzing business processes and documenting requirements and solution designs
- Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum)
- Upper-Intermediate level of English
WILL BE A PLUS
- Experience participating in DWH / analytical layer development
- Ability to independently create dashboard prototypes or analytical POCs
- Experience translating business problems into data-driven insights
