We’re looking for an Inbound Sales Team Lead to build and scale our Prague go-to-market engine from the ground up: l eading a new team, partnering closely with senior leadership, and playing a pivotal role in shaping our future growth strategy.

What You’ll Do: 🚀

  • Manage and coach a team of Inbound Sales Representatives to successfully book business for GTM
  • Manage and monitor all KPI’s such as calls, emails sent, meetings booked
  • Represent the front line of the company’s GTM efforts, playing an important role in growing the business. You’ll be tasked with developing the sales process and helping define the strategy in setting up your ‘pod’ for success.
  • Hire and onboard new Inbound Sales Reps in your team
  • Provide ongoing coaching and training to ensure positive growth and skill development
  • Work closely with the Data, CRM, Sales Team, and Sales Operation teams to ensure successful sales meetings
  • Conduct regular analysis to understand the root cause of team performance and actions to accelerate growth

This is the perfect job for someone who : ✨

  • 2+ years of experience in sales, sales development, or business development.
  • 1+ year of experience leading, coaching, or managing a sales team.
  • Experience managing inbound and/or outbound lead qualification processes.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Experience using CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across sales, operations, and other business functions.
  • Customer-focused approach and strong problem-solving skills

Nice to have:

  • Experience in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Experience with Salesforce and Salesloft.
