We are an IT Service Provider and Microsoft Gold Partner, founded in 2011. We specialize in supporting not-for-profit organizations like charities, social enterprises, educational institutions, and public sector bodies. We are one of two NCVO-approved and an ACEVO-approved IT supplier for this sector. As a Tier 1 Cloud Solution Provider for Microsoft, we specialize in Modern Work, Azure, and Security solutions. We are part of a larger group with over 200 staff.

We offer a full range of IT services, including IT Strategy, Cyber Security, IT Support and Helpdesk services, Data Protection, Information Governance and Compliance, and Cloud Infrastructure Management & Migrations for Microsoft 365 and Azure. Our other services include Virtual IT Director and Manager roles, IT Project Design & Implementation, Backup & Disaster Recovery, IT Audit, IT Security, IT Monitoring, IT Training, Telephony, Server Support, Infrastructure Design and Optimisation, and Co-Managed IT solutions. We work with clients like Mind, YMCA, and WaterAid. We maintain a client retention rate over 98%, serve 75 charity customers, and our IT support receives an average user feedback score of 4.8.
