Our platform manages the full coverage lifecycle: shopping, enrollment, billing, payments, reconciliation, and member engagement. We serve markets like On-Exchange, Off-Exchange/ICHRA, Medicare Advantage, Small Group, ACA Marketplaces, and Medicaid. Our solutions automate workflows, reduce administrative costs, and simplify member experiences. We process over 30 million enrollments and $20 billion in premiums. One in three ACA health plans relies on our platform. We also operate subsidiaries: W3LL, an integration engine for brokers and ICHRA administrators, and CITIZ3N, a platform for state and federal agencies to modernize eligibility and enrollment. We incorporate AI-powered analytics, strengthened by our acquisition of NextHealth Technologies, to improve operations and member engagement. Softheon has 201-500 employees and operates as a 100% remote U.S. workforce, though it is also hybrid-friendly and requires periodic in-person HQ visits. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health, vision, and dental coverage for employees and their dependents. You receive a 401K plan with immediate vesting and company match, parental leave, an employee assistance program, disability, and life insurance. Financial benefits include a base salary of $119,000 to $159,000 per year, equity (where applicable), variable/incentive compensation, referral bonuses, a discretionary bonus program, and spot bonuses. We provide stipends for your home office, monthly wellness, and internet. Paid time off includes 15 discretionary days (based on years of service) and 9 additional paid holidays. We also offer professional development opportunities. We are a remote-first company, though we require in-person HQ visits approximately twice per year. We provide travel support for these visits.
