Founded in 2009, we are a software development company that works with healthcare organizations to turn clinical data into better clinical and financial outcomes. We offer clinical analytics solutions that help improve quality, increase revenue, and maximize incentives for performance-based Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) programs.

We also provide a modular Value-Based Payment (VBP) Platform. This platform is used by health plans (across Medicare Advantage, commercial, self-insured, and Medicaid) as well as health systems, ACOs, and IDNs. Our VBP Platform includes tools for contract settlement, provider enablement, contract modeling, and analytics for quality, risk, utilization, and financial performance. It also features a provider collaboration portal.

In 2012, we were part of the New York Digital Health Accelerator Program and named BEST Healthcare/IT Company by the New Jersey Technology Council. We earned NCQA Certification for HEDIS® Measure Year 2025.
