Responsibilities:
Provide technical and functional support to clients via phone, email, and chat.
Identify and resolve technical issues promptly.
Suggest improvements to enhance product and service usage.
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to improve the customer experience.
Monitor and report trends and recurring issues.
Native Dutch and fluent English (B2)
Ability to understand and solve technical issues
Previous experience in customer support or technical support is a plus
Strong communication skills and professional attitude
EU citizenship or valid work permit for Portugal
