Founded in 2019, we are a recruitment and staffing agency connecting multilingual talent with job opportunities across Europe. We provide permanent recruitment, payroll services, and comprehensive HR projects. We focus on roles in customer service, sales, and tech sectors, and offer relocation support for candidates.

Each year, we help about 1,000 candidates find jobs in over 20 languages across Europe, working with more than 50 multinational companies. We offer over 100 job opportunities annually.

We offer several employee benefits, including a hybrid working model (combining office and remote work), competitive salaries (e.g., 1,100 or 1,300 euros gross per month, paid 14 times per year), a monthly fuel card or public transport allowance, and private medical insurance.

You receive company-provided equipment, a permanent (unlimited) contract, and a salary review after six months. Our compensation package includes annual and monthly performance bonuses (up to €300/month), other performance-based incentives, and a monthly meal voucher. If you are relocating from abroad, we provide a package that includes flight tickets to Athens, two weeks of free accommodation, and cover real estate agency fees. We also assist with onboarding and hiring documents, such as issuing Greek tax numbers.
