We are currently looking for a Marketing Associate to help us plan and implement our marketing and advertising activities.
For this role, you should understand the full marketing mix and be familiar with ways to analyze market research and customers’ behavior. You should also be able to create content. Ultimately, you should help us achieve our business goals through building strong marketing campaigns.

Your Key Responsibilities will be to:
Manage daily administrative tasks to ensure the Marketing department runs smoothly
Develop and implement 360 marketing campaigns (digital, radio, TV)
Create online and offline marketing content
Monitor competitors’ marketing activities
Manage and leverage our social media channels effectiveness
Manage and execute our email marketing strategy
Empower the sales team with marketing materials and campaigns that help drive sales
Support premises branding initiatives and new product launches
Sourcing and briefing external providers & agencies on marketing projects; collaborate on digital and non-digital campaigns and assets
Oversee intense video content production; evaluating scripts and aligning with brand strategy
Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors/e-marketplaces
Be the liaison between agencies and influencers
Bachelor degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration or related field
1-3 years experience within a similar marketing and/or content development position
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in Greek and English
Experience with Email Marketing tools (eg. MailChimp), Wordpress and Google Analytics will be considered a plus
Familiarity with digital, social media platforms & AI tools
Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
Knowledge of graphic design (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva) or video editing tools (CapCut) will be considered a plus
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines
Adaptability, positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
