Key Responsibilitites

• Reports to the Field Engineering Manager in a remote setting with dotted line alignment to Facility Manager of a ²⁴⁄₇ operation
• Responsible for training and management of a team of Work place Coaches (WPC) to review technical data and conduct daily trainings to mitigate recurring issues
• Conduct annual performance reviews of each WPC.
• Develop and recommend on the job training for front line inspectors, Operation Leads, and Operations Supervisors to ensure continue technical growth.
• Ensure clear tracking and mitigation of technical questions raised by inspectors, leads, and Supervisors.
• Conduct Technical Interviews for new employees
• Review daily end of shift emails from Work Place Coaches and Supervisors to ensure training is in line with operations needs
• Work in multiple electronic programs including StepQ, Excel, PowerPoint, and MICCs to develop and track training.
• Develop a skills matrix for Operations employees and associate training to upskill and cross train.

Required Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow inspection plans and protocols.
• Ability to read and interpret basics of an engineering drawing
• Strong organizational and computer skills
• Ability to work effectively within a quality management system.
• Must be able to read and write in English
• US citizen with valid US Passport
• Must be able to stand for 8 hours per day, crawl in small spaces, and lift up to 50 lbs

Preferred Qualifications

• Aerospace industry experience

$26 - $32.50 an hour
